Product Return and Cancellation Policies

60 Day Returns Accepted In New, Sealed Condition for Exchange or Credit only.


It is recommended that your package be opened and reviewed as soon as your package arrives. If you would like to exchange your product, please read carefully below to assess your options. Because of the custom nature of vinyl wall decals a strict return policy will be enforced.

No returns on products 60 days after purchase date, there will be no exceptions to this policy.

To Return An Order - these minimum requirements must be made or the package will be refused and RMA will be void.

  • The decals must be in unused condition and in the original packaging (tissue paper and shipping box).
  • Customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the return order. Any COD deliveries will be refused.
  • The package must include an authorized RMA form. Please email lacybellahelp@gmail.com to receive an RMA form.
  • All packaged will be opened and inspected before starting the replacement process.

Items that are NOT returnable are as follows:

  • Any items partially applied or damaged during the application process.
  • All sales are final for clearance items, no returns are available.
  • Any personalized decals (including but not limited to monograms, personalized names, or logos). These items are not re-saleable and therefore are not returnable.
  • Custom orders are not returnable and will not be issued store credit. All sales final.

Application Errors:

Lacy Bella Designs makes every effort to assist our valued customers during the application process by including a detailed application instructions in each order. Please follow the steps explicitly without skipping over. The road to vinyl success may take some time and patience but it is well worth the effort. If an item is damaged during the application process, Lacy Bella Designs holds no responsibility for replacing items that may become damaged during application.

Custom Design Tool:

Sales Promotions: Regardless of when the design was started, customer will only receive the promotion price if the order is placed and paid for before the promotional deadline. There is no exceptions to this policy.

Approval: By purchasing the design, the customer is agreeing that all of the information is correct including the size, color(s), fonts, embellishments, and layouts. The decals will arrive exactly as shown and there is no refunds for custom designs.

Exchanges: There are NO CASH BACK OR GIFT CARD REFUNDS for custom design work. The customer can only return a custom design because of a proven quality defect. If the design is exchanged, the customer will receive the exact same design that was ordered previously.

Orders Returned to our Warehouse

  • If your USPS package is returned to back to the warehouse, you will be credited back for the order, excluding the $8.95 handling fee.
  • If you had used a Groupon to purchase the returned order, the Groupon will be reactivated so that you can use it on the new order.
  • We immediately re-stock your order upon receiving it into the warehouse. If you still desire the items, you will need to place a new order through our website.

Turn Around Time

  • Because every design is handmade to order, please allow 5-7 business days to process, however when possible we will ship out sooner.
  • During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our fulfillment warehouse, safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible.
  • We want to ensure that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. If you believe that your order has experienced a delay in shipment that exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, please let us know by using the Contact Us link or email us at lacybellahelp@gmail.com 

Free Expedited Processing, Upon Request

  • As a free courtesy to our customers, we can expedite the processing time of your order to be processed the next business day, it will still be sent USPS Ground.
  • This service is only available upon request, and cannot always be guaranteed. Please email lacybellahelp@gmail.com as soon as possible after the order is placed.

Changes To Order Details

  • Our orders are processed through to the warehouse very quickly, so if there is any need to make changes to the order, please contact us at (208) 635-5069 as soon as possible.

  • All orders are shipped USPS Ground shipping. For tracking information on your order, please visit www.USPS.com
  • In an effort to keep our shipping rates low for all customers, Lacy Bella Designs only ships within the United States, purchased with American credit cards.
  • We are currently working on expanding our shipping capabilities, notice will be sent to customers if policy changes.
